2. Account and Security

You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. Uploading illegal, copyright-infringing, or harmful content to the Platform is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

3. AI Disclaimer

Lulu Spaces uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (LLM) models for content and idea generation. Please note that outputs generated by AI may not always be 100% accurate, up-to-date, or error-free (hallucination risk).

Codes, business plans, architectural designs, or mind maps generated by the Platform are strictly advisory. Lulu Spaces cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from critical commercial, engineering, or legal decisions you make using these outputs. You should always subject outputs to human review before implementation.

4. Intellectual Property

The copyrights and ownership of all mind maps, concepts, and documents you generate using the Platform and our tools belong to you. Lulu Spaces claims no rights over this data. However, the Platform's interface, code, logos, and mascot are the intellectual property of Lulu Spaces.

5. Subscription and Refunds

Subscriptions for Pro and Team plans renew monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Since we provide a digital service, no retroactive refunds are issued once the service has been used.
