• Workspace Data: Projects, PDFs, notes, mind maps, and generated company memory (RAG) data you upload to the canvas.
• Usage Data: Analytical data about how you use the app (e.g., most frequently used AI agents, session durations).

3. AI and Data Privacy (IMPORTANT)

Your company's and projects' data belong solely to you. Files you upload to Lulu Spaces, your generated RAG memory, and conversations with AI agents are NEVER USED to train general AI models. Your data is processed in isolation strictly to provide services to you and your authorized teammates.

4. How We Share Data?

We never sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. Your data is shared only with our trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database management, secure payment gateways) using industry-standard encryption, solely to provide the core functions of the platform.

5. Data Deletion and Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time. Once you initiate account deletion, all projects, files, chat histories, and custom AI agents in your workspace are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
